14.0% alc., 12.0 g/L RS, TA 6.2 g/L, pH 3.39. Deep, light golden-hued straw-yellow colour. The bouquet is full and solidly presented with broad and evolved aromas of ripe, savoury stonefruits and tropical fruits, with complexing nutty layers with a little oxidative detail unfolding with aeration. Medium-dry to medium in sweetness, the palate is rich and full with good weight, presence anf mouthfeel. Ripe yellow stonefruits and tropical fruits are complexed by savoury honey and nutty notes. Some oxidative elements are present. The palate is showing signs of drying, but is carried by good acidity and energy to a long finish. 17.5+/20 Sep 2015 RRP $N/A
