Bright, green-hued pale yellow with depth, even colour throughout. The nose is soft with fresh aromas of lychee leading, underlying apple, rose water and pickled ginger. Medium-bodied, off-dry to taste, aromas of lychee, red Gala apple have a savoury edge; unfolding rose water, dill and ginger spice lingering. The mouthfeel is oily with good weight; a balanced line of acidity provides freshness and a clean finish. This off-dry Gewurztraminer shows a sense of fruit purity and varietal on an oily textured mouthfeel and a sustained finish.
