Domaine Prieure-Roch Chambertin ‘Clos de Beze’ Grand Cru 2006

Pinot Noir from France - Burgandy
Review Date : 28-Aug-2012
Based in Premeaux. From 1.01 ha, 12.0% alc. Full garnet-red colour with pronounced bricking. This is full, broad and open, full mature with bold brown spices, rich dark red and dried herb aromas intermixed with soy sauce and spices, oxidised complexities showing. Full, open and loosely structured, the palate shows mature brown undergrowth and mushroom flavours along with spices and Asian spices. Becoming dry through the palate and firm on the finish. Overmature and drying with oxidised characters and complexities. Drink up over the next 4-5 years. 16.5-/20 Aug 2012
