Domaine Duroche Chambertin ‘Clos de Beze’ Grand Cru 2006

Pinot Noir from France - Burgandy
Review Date : 28-Aug-2012
Based in Geverey-Chambertin. From 0.25 ha, 13.0% alc. Soft, even ruby-red with garnet hues. The bouquet is soft and very full in presentation with well concentrated aromas of dark berry fruits and iron-earth, quite complex, a little brett all part of the interest. Rich, full and well-concentrated on palate, savoury dark fruits, game and earthy flavours form a densely textured palate. The acidity is discreet, the tannins quite prominent, but in good balance. This is very Gevrey, and should keep 10-12+ years. 18.5/20 Aug 2012
