Bright, pale blush pink, even colour throughout. Generous aromas of strawberries, raspberries are elegantly presented, melded with a dusting of black pepper, cherry blossom and rose petal, and a citrus undertone. Medium-light bodied, pure aromas of rose petal, cherry blossom entwined strawberries, raspberries, and a hint of lime, black pepper swell on the finish. This wine features a vibrant acid line, provides much freshness throughout the palate. Fine-textured phenolic adorns a silky palate. This is a vibrant, succulent rosé with exquisite floral features and a lengthy peppery finish. Match with cold cuts and salmon pate over the next 2-3 years.
