☆☆☆☆☆
Full, bright, light straw-yellow colour, pale on the rim. This has an elegant and refined nose with delicate detail, showing lime fruit, minerals and suggestions of toast and honeysuckle. Medium in sweetness and light-bodied, the palate possesses gentle fruit flavours of limes, honeysuckle, white florals and subtle toasty elements. The mouthfeel is smooth and balanced, with soft, fine textures and lively, refreshing, mouthwatering acidity. The palate flows with good drive, leading to a light, soft, lingering finish of florals, limes and honeysuckle. This is a gentle, medium Riesling with soft lime, floral and honeysuckle flavours and subtle toasty nuances. Serve with Asian fare over the next 4 years. Hand-picked fruit from the ‘Domain Road’ vineyard, tank fermented to 10.7% alc. and 20 g/L RS, TA 7.5 g/L and pH 2.89. 17.5/20 Mar 2016 RRP $25.00
