Dog Point ‘Section 94’ Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2004

Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand - Marlborough
Review Date : 30-Nov-2014
Bright, light golden colour. This is light and mature on bouquet with an amalgam of citrus fruit with grassy notes, along with lifted esters and a trace of nutty oak and oxidation. Softly concentrated on palate, this has a dense core of cooler, grassy, herbaceous fruit with high acid cut. Certainly secondary on palate with bean and yellow friuts, drying a little and the beginnings of bitterness. 13.0% alc., 2.3 g/L RS, 18 months in older French oak. 16.5+/20 Oct 2014 RRP $N/A
