Dog Point Marlborough Pinot Noir 2007

Pinot Noir from New Zealand - Marlborough
Review Date : 30-Nov-2014
Dark, deep ruby-red colour, still youthful in appearance. This is elegantly presented with lively and fresh aromatics, showing red fruits harmoniously intermixed with brambly secondary interest, the bouquet with a soft, but concentrated core. Soft textured and plush in mouthfeel, the flavours are an amalgam of dark plums and undergrowth. This is seamless in flow and fully integrated, the tannins showing some resolution. Elegant and integrated, this is drinking beautifully. 13.5% alc., the wine aged 18 months in new and seasoned French oak. 18.5-/20 Oct 2014 RRP $N/A
