Dog Point Marlborough Chardonnay 2007

Chardonnay from New Zealand - Marlborough
Review Date : 30-Nov-2014
Bright, light golden-yellow colour. The bouquet is light, shy and soft in expression, with ripe citrus and tropical fruits, creamy oak and vanilla showing. Mature aromas, but with fruit interest. Broad on palate, soft in texture with good depth of ripe and darker, secondary citrus fruit flavours, along with cream and subtle, integrated oak. An unctuous texture throughout the palate line. Nothing more to be gained, and drinking well. 14.0% alc. and 1.7 g/L RS, 18 months in 25% new French oak 18.0+/20 Oct 2014 RRP $N/A
