Dirler Alsace Grand Cru Gewurztraminer ‘Kessler’ 2008

Gewurztraminer from France - Alsace
Review Date : 08-Sep-2011
Pale straw in colour, this has a very attractive pure and cutting bouquet of rose petal florals and lychee fruits, very fine and intense. Medium in sweetness, this is youthfully tight and very fine featured. There is an underlying power and drive, the exotic floral enriched with some honey overtones. The textures are extremely fine and the overall impression is of finesse. This will age well, say 5-7 years. 14.0% alc.   Sep 2011
