Devil Fish Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2014

Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand - Marlborough
Review Date : 27-Oct-2015
Bright, light straw yellow colour, pale on the rim. This has a tightly bound, slender nose with cool-spectrum cut grass, nettle, gooseberry and green capsicum aromas. This aomatics are fresh, cutting and show intensity. Dry to taste and light-medium bodied, the palate is tight and sleek with flavours of grass, nettles, green apples and gooseberries. This has good depth and a positive linearity, with driving, lacy acid cut. Fine, drying phenolic textures emerge and carry the wine to a light, grassy finish. This is a light, refreshingly crisp, cool-spectrum, thirst-quenching Sauvignon Blanc. Serve as an aperitif and with seafood over the next 18 months to 2 years. A second label of Tamana. Marlborough fruit fermented to 12.5% alc. 15.5/20 Oct 2015 RRP AUS$20.00
