Bright, pale straw colour with slight green hues, lighter on the rim. The nose is fresh with sweetly fragrant aromas of ripe gooseberries and passionfruit along with lifted florals and notes of fresh herbs, cut grass, capsicums and minerals that form an elegant core. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate possesses fresh and lively flavours of gooseberries with subtle notes of passionfruit entwined with fresh herbs, cut grass and capsicums. The mouthfeel is crisp and zesty with the fruit forming a firm core and line with some phenolic textures and grip. The wine carries with good drive and energy to a lingering finish of aromatic gooseberries and fresh herbs. This is a fresh, crisp Sauvignon Blanc with gooseberry, passionfruit, herb and grassy flavours with a firm line and a little grip. Serve with seafood, salads and vegetables over the next 2 years. This has good linearity, and carries to a lingering, dry-textured finish of passionfruit, gooseberries, tropical fruits and herbs. This is a fresh and zesty, intensely flavoured Sauvignon Blanc with flavours of passionfruit, gooseberries, tropical fruits and herbs on a brisk palate with dry, grainy textures.
