Bright, even, pale blush pink. The bubbles are moderately fine, vibrant and persistent. The nose is lively and fresh, packed with cherry, strawberry and blossom aromas. Medium-light bodied, dry to taste, strawberry sorbet, cherry, and blossom aromas show a refreshing palate; subtle spice lingers at the finish. Vibrant acidity drives a smooth flow to a crisp finish. This Sparkling Rosé is crisp and refreshing, packed with strawberry and cherry flavours. Serve as an aperitif or match with sushi over the next 2 years. Made from vintage 2022 Pinot Noir from the Southern Valleys, fermented cool in stainless steel to 12.5% alc, 2.65 g/l RS, then carbonated. Vegan friendly. 17/20 pts (85 pts) Jan 2023 RRP $20
