Bright, even, pale yellow with a light green hue. The nose is gently full, with aromas of flint and spice overlying ripe stonefruit and apple. Medium-full bodied, aromas of apple and spiced pear melded with nectarine, flint and an amalgam of spice. The mouthfeel is lightly textural with fine phenolics; vibrant acidity drives a crisp, refreshing finish. This Chenin Blanc shows crisp, pure fruit, spice, texture and a savoury palate.
