Conspiracy Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2011

Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand - Marlborough
Review Date : 19-Mar-2012
Very pale straw colour with green hues, near colourless on edge. This has a softly full nose with sweet, pungent passtionfruit aromas along with ripe tropical fruit and herb notes. Dry to taste, this is a light-bodied wine with gentle passionfruit and gooseberry flavours of moderate intensity. The palate the mouthfeel is round, but racy acidity contributes to a crisp, dry, slightly grippy finish. This is a fully aromatic, moderately flavoured Sauvignon Blanc with attractive, up-front passionfruit flavours to serve with antipasto, vegetable dishes and poultry over the next 18 months. 13.0% alc. 16.0+/20 Mar 2012 RRP $11.99
