Full, deep ruby-red with a purple hue, lighter on the rim. The nose is lush and full, with ripe blackberry, dark plum, Kirsch and spice aromas. Full-bodied, blackberry, dark plum aromas are ripe, unfolding Kirsch, nutmeg, and cedar. The wine is bold with dark fruit and alcohol power; the ripe fruit is melded with ripe tannins and lends a rich, dry finish.
