Bright, light golden-yellow colour with lemon hues, a little lighter on the rim, the bubbles very fine and persistent. The nose is softly full and elegantly packed with gently fresh, fruity aromas of ripe yellow stonefruits along with subtle nutty detail. This is clean and uncomplicated. Off-dry to taste and light-medium bodied, the palate is softly full and rounded with flavours of sweetly ripe stonefruits and apples. with nuances of nuts. The flavours are up-front and the mouthfeel rounded with light mousse and very light textures and integrated acidity. The wine carries to a soft, light, nuanced finish. This is a soft, rounded, up-front, uncomplicated and easy Cava with stonefruit flavours and nutty elements. This is an any occasion wine to serve over the next 2 years. A blend of Macabeu, Xarel-lo and Parellada fermented to 11.5% alc. and 11 g/L dosage, the wine aged on lees in bottle. This has a full, refreshing nose of savoury yellow stonefruits along with subtle nutty and earthy elements harmoniously interwoven with bready and toasty nuances. Dryish to taste with a soft, frothy mousse, the palate has light flavours of stonefruits entwined with nuances of nuts and earth. The fruit has sweetness along with the dosage, but is balanced by fine, dry, chalky textures lending an elegantly proportion core and dry mouthfeel. The phenolics and lively acidity provide a good line that carries the delicate stonefruit flavours to a gentle, dry finish. This is an elegant Cava with light flavours and a chalky, fresh mouthfeel. Serve as an aperitif and with canapes over the next 2 years.
