Bright, even, pale yellow with a hint of peach. The nose is soft, with aromas of orchard fruit, subtle floral and a hint of savouriness. Light-bodied, aromas of crunchy pear and apple melded with floral hints. The palate is clean and lightly savoury, supported by refreshing acidity.
