Deep ruby-red, even colour throughout. The nose is soft, with aromas of red berry, strawberry, floral and delicate spice. Medium-bodied, aromas of red berry, strawberry and plum entwined with floral and delicate spice. The fruit is ripe, towards a slight jammy expression, lively acidity balance and refresh, lending a gentle, moreish finish. Match with pork and quail over the next 3 years. A blend of Grenache and Syrah fermented to 13.5% alc. 18/20 pts (90 pts) Feb 2025 RRP $26
