Bright, even, pale peach pink. The nose is full, with perfumed aromas of red berry, tamarillo, stonefruit, raspberry sherbet, blossom and pollen. Medium-light bodied, aromas of red berry and raspberry sherbet, entwined with tamarillo, nectarine, blossom, rose water and pollen. The wine is dry to taste, featuring fruit's purity and floral fragrance. A silky mouthfeel carries subtle minerals, along with balanced acidity, leaving a long, elegant linger. This Provence Rosé is polished, with a dry, alluring finish. Serve as an aperitif or match with pork rillette over the next 3 years. A blend of Grenache, Rolle, Syrah, Cabernet and Sémillon, fermented to 12.5% alc. 18.5+/20 pts (94 pts) Aug 2026
