Light ruby-red, even colour throughout. The nose is coy, with subtle aromas of brambles, strawberry and spice. Medium-bodied, aromas of bramble and strawberry entwined with pepper, cinnamon and rose petals. The fruit is juicy and effortless, flows with lively acidity and a light tannin frame. Spice and floral linger to a lifted, refreshing finish. Match with steak sandwich and duck rillette over the next 3 years.
