Ch. Brane Cantenac Margaux 2010

Cabernet Sauvignon from France - Bordeaux
Review Date : 16-Sep-2013
2eme, 90 ha, 65% CS, 30% Me, 5% CF. Saturated black-purple red colour. The bouquet is fragrant and lifted with pure and refined aromas of fine blackcurrant fruit along with violetty perfumes. This is elegant and offers accessibility on nose. Medium-full bodied, flavours of pristine blackcurrant essence show with juiciness, succulence and moderate fleshiness, being balanced by fresh, crisp and lively acidity. Gentle perfumes and florals are allied to tannin finesse, the extraction very refined and sitting in the background. The mouthfeel is one of beauty and elegance of style with building fragrances, and a lush, juicy core. This is a classical Margaux wine that will offer excellent aromatic drinking over the next 10-15 years. 19.0-/20 Sep 2013 RRP $258.00
