Moderately deep ruby-red colour with light purple hues and some depth, lighter on the rim. The nose is softly full with fresh, bright and uncomplicated primary fruit aromas of dark cherries and strawberries. The fruit is up-front, unfolding nuances of dark herbs and dark red florals to form a positive core. Medium-full bodied, the palate is up-front and easy with light, succulent fruit flavours of dark cherries and strawberries, along with fresh herbs and red floral aromatics. The mouthfeel is fresh and vibrant, with lively acidity and the fruit is supportedby light, supple tannin extraction. The flavours carry through to a lingering, fruity finish. This is an elegant, up-front and accessible Pinot Noir with fresh and succulent primary cherry and strawberry fruit with a fresh mouthfeel and light, supple tannins. Match with antipasto, pasta, tapas and poultry dishes over the next 3 years.
