Bright, pale salmon with some depth, even colour throughout. Bubbles are fine and light. This has an elegantly soft bouquet, filled the nose with flora, red fruit and bready autolysis richness. Medium-full bodied, dry to taste, raspberries and lemon lead the palate with floral elements, pastry, citrus peel and toast. The wine has vibrant citrus and red fruit, supported by lively, lacy acidity, lends long, elegant closing. Autolysis is well-portioned, contributes to complexity and texture. This Extra Brut Metodo Tradicional possesses an elegant lacy line carries red and citrus fruit throughout the palate with complex autolysis features. Match with beef tataki and veal chop over the next 3-5 years. A blend of 70% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay from Finca Los Árboles in Tunuyán at 1,250M above sea level, Uco Valley Mendoza.
