Deep, ruby-red, lighter on the rim, youthful appearance. This has a softly concentrated and packed nose of red cherries, ripe raspberries integrated with soft earth and spice, revealing sweet hibiscus floral elements. Medium-bodied, red cherries, raspberries melded with liquorice, wet-earth and clove. The mouthfeel is smooth with supple, fine tannin extraction; balanced, juicy acidity lends a soft, spicy finish. This is an approachable, smooth-flowing Pinot Noir with red fruit, spice and earth details. Match with meat stew and barbeque lamb over the next 3-4 years.
