Bright, pale yellow, even colour throughout with vibrant, fine and consistent beads. The nose is gently full, with pleasing, sweet-fruited aromas of pear, yellow apple, citrus and a hint of floral. Medium-light bodied, aromas of pear and yellow apple melded with citrus peel, blossom and a suggestion of stonefruit. The palate is fresh and bright with vibrant fruit expression, lively acidity, and a hint of sweetness balance, which contributes to weight. This Prosecco shows excellent fruit and charm on an invigorating, refreshing palate. Serve as an aperitif or match with light cheese and Prosciutto-wrapped melon over the next 2-3 years.
