Bright, even, pale yellow gold. This has a gently full bouquet with apple, pear, magnolia, lily and ginger aromas. Full-bodied aromas of apple and pear intertwined with apricot, ginger, cardamom and floral fragrance. A creamy and oily mouthfeel tingles with spice and flows along a lively acidity, lending a dry, powerful, crisp finish. This Viognier is mouth-filling with creaminess, elevating spice and crisp fruit. Match with pork chops and baked fish over the next 5 years. Whole bunch pressed, fermented in barriques to 14% alc. 18+/20 pts (91 pts) Jan 2024 RRP $30
