The varietal composition of the Brick Bay Rosé changes to suit the season. This is predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, cool-fermented to 12.9% alc. and 9.9 g/L RS. Light cerise-pink with youthful purple hues on edge. This has a soft, dense nose with fresh redcurrant and watermelon aromas entwined with herbal nuances, the aromatics lifted by fruit pastille confectionary elements. Medium-dry to taste and medium-bodied, attractively sweet and candied redcurrant fruit flavours are the feature on palate. This has a soft, rounded core and a gently luscious mouthfeel with discreet acidity allowing the sweetness to enrich the palate. The fruit and confectionary flavours lead to a long, lingering finish with redcurrant leaf and red floral notes. This is a soft-textured rosé with redcurrant and fruit pastille flavours.
