Moderately deep ruby-red, lighter on the rim. The nose is vibrant, packed with raspberry, rhubarb and cherry aromas, along with floral and spice. Medium-light bodied, aromas of raspberry, rhubarb and cherry melded with a savoury hint of earth, herb and floral elements. Lively acidity feeds freshness, and supple tannin leaves a light dusty palate. This approachable Pinot Noir shows succulent red fruit, fresh acidity and a dusty palate. Match with pork and lamb sausages over the next 3-4 years. Fruit from Gibbston, fermented with 20% whole bunches to 12.8% alc, aged 11 months, 25% new French oak.
