Bright, even, pale straw-yellow. The nose is soft and inviting, with aromas of passionfruit curd, guava and elderflower intermixed with delicate spice and crushed rocks. Medium-light bodied, fresh aromas of passionfruit curd and guava entwined with apple, elderflower, delicate white spice and crushed rock minerals. The wine is soft with sweet fruit, lightly creamy, and flows along a balanced, crunchy acid line, unfolding a refined, chalky mouthfeel.
