Bright, medium gold-yellow, even colour throughout. The nose is full and voluminous, with aromas of banana, toffee, spice, cashew, underlying apple and pear. Full-bodied, aromas of banana toffee, roasted cashew and spice entwined with a layer of pear and apple. The wine is rich and mouth-filling with sweetness and weight; spice and toasty details add interest and lengthen by balanced acidity. This voluminous Chardonnay possesses rich flavours of fruit, spice and toasty elements with a lengthy caramelized palate.
