Bodegas Muriel ‘JME’ Rioja Garnacha 2011

Grenache from Spain
Review Date : 01-Mar-2013
Aged in French oak. Saturated black-red with purple hues to the colour, this is upfront with bold aromas of ripe black and red fruits with hints of earth and meat behind. Medium-full bodied, fleshy, juicy ripe dark red berry fruit flavours feature on palate. The mouthfeel is soft and rounded with fine-grained, supple tannins in support. The acidity is soft, and adds to the generosity on palate. Oaking is sensitive and is unobtrusive, and the wine finishes with sweetness. Drink over the next 4-5 years. 17.0+/20 Feb 2013 RRP $25.00
