Bright, even, pale peach pink. The nose is softly full, with red fruit and floral nuances. Medium-light bodied, aromas of cherry, strawberry and cranberry melded with red blossom and delicate spice. A silky mouthfeel reflects dusty-fine-textured phenolics and refreshing acidity flows with elegance, leaving a cleansing finish. This Rosé is delicate and elegantly presented with a fine line and crisp closing. Serve as an aperitif or match with sweet prawn sashimi over the next 2-3 years.
