Bright, even, pale yellow. A vibrant bouquet packed with aromas of apple, peach, gooseberry, nettle and lemongrass. Medium-light bodied, aromas of green apple and gooseberry melded with peach, nettle and a hint of jalapeno. Zesty acidity shoots across the palate with a touch of apple skin and drives a zingy, refreshing closing. Match with goat's cheese and asparagus salad over the next 3 years. Cool fermented in stainless to 13.3% alc, 4 g/l RS, aged on lees for 2 months. 18-/20 pts (92pts) Oct 2024 RRP $20
