Bright, light ruby-red, slightly lighter on the rim. The nose is soft and youthful, with bright red cherry and raspberry aromas entwined with a hint of earth and spice. Light-bodied, aromas of red cherry and raspberry intermixed strawberry, cinnamon, and coconut brought a savoury closing. The fruit is juicy and forward; subtle spice adds interest. This is a youthful, juicy Pinot Noir with flavours of cherry and raspberry adorned by aromatic spice. Match with summer barbeque and bolognese over the next 2-3 years. Fruit from Southern Valleys, fermented in open-top fermenters with 20% whole bunch to 12.5% alc, aged with French oak. 17/20 pts (85 pts) Oct 2022 RRP $24
