Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is softly full, packed with sweet fruit of pear, apple, honeysuckle and subtle white spice. Medium-light bodied, dry to taste, aromas of pear, green apple melded with honeysuckle, a hint of citrus and subtle white pepper. The mouthfeel is smooth and flows smoothly with crisp acidity. This Pinot Gris is straightforward and refreshing. Match with fried calamari and seafood linguini over the next 2 years.
