Clear, even, pale straw-yellow. This has an intense, full entry, packed with aromas of ripe pear; yellow apple entwined with white blossoms. Medium-full bodied on the palate, dry to taste, a lively acid line leads fresh pear and apple, blossoms and a hint of phenolic on the finish. The fruit is concentrated and intense, contributing to its weight and broadness. This crisp Pinot Gris possesses a concentration of apple and pear fruit with intense florals and a lightly textural finish. Match with fish tacos and pork dumplings over the next 2-3 years.
