Bright, even, pale yellow. The nose is soft, with fresh aromas of apple, lime, cut grass and passionfruit. Medium-light bodied, aromas of lime and passionfruit melded with a touch of grassy note. Striking acidity injects freshness and vibrancy across the palate and lends a crispy finish. Simply refreshing. Match with white fish and shellfish over the next 2-3 years. Fermented to 13% alc.
