Bright pale straw-yellow colour, pale on rim with green hues. The bouquet is softly full with gooseberry aromas along with passionfruit and lime nuances, subtly complexed by a thread of minerals. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, soft, but vibrantly ripe gooseberry fruit flavours are lifted by white floral notes. The mouthfeel and texture is soft, with fresh, lively acidity underlining the flow of flavours, providing good tension and drive. Gooseberry and nettle-like notes feature on a dry, sustained finish. This is an elegant, soft textured, and vibrantly fruited Sauvignon Blanc based on gooseberry flavours.
