Bright, light golden-yellow colour, lighter on the rim. This has a fresh, fine and tightly concentrated bouquet with a firm and steely core of stonefruits entwined with nutty notes, unfolding lemon-curd MLF and oxidative nuances. Dry to taste and medium-bodied, the palate is elegant in proportion with a tightly concentrated core of yellow stonefruits melded with nutty and subtle oxidative complexities, along with lemon-curd MLF layers that enrich the mouthfeel. This is soft-textured at the heart with integrated acidity enhancing the roundness. The wine has some underlying alcoholic power and carries to a long nutty finish with lemon-curd and butterscotch notes. This is a well-concentrated Chardonnay with a core of yellow stonefruit and nutty flavours along with rich lemon-curd elements. Match with roasted and grilled white meat dishes over the next 3 years. This has a firm palate line with grainy, dry phenolic textures, enlivened by crisp, racy acidity lending plenty of energy and vitality to the flow. The fruit sweetness and liveliness leads to a light, dry finish. This is a crisp, racy, tightly bound sweet fruit-focussed Chardonnay with lemony MLF notes and a firm, textured line.
