Ant Moore Nelson Riesling 2010

Riesling from New Zealand - Nelson
Review Date : 29-Jun-2011
Riesling sourced from a site on the Waimea Plains cool-fermented to 12.0% alc. and 4.4 g/L rs. Soft, straw-yellow colour with green hues, this has a soft, tight but delicate nose of classical lime fruit with floral notes and citrus zest as well as minerals. Dry on palate, this has a beautifully fresh and pure fruitiness showing attractive lime and lemony flavours of excellent depth and concentration. Racy, zingy acidity adds a sherbet-like zestiness and lively tension, and contributes to a dry, finely textured and long finish. Serve as an aperitif or match with most seafood dishes over the next 5-6+ years. 18.5/20 Jun 2011 RRP $23.00
