Bright, even, pale yellow with a slight green hue. The nose is full, packed with toasty oak, roasted nuts, nectarine and citrus. Medium-full bodied, aromas of nectarine and grapefruit enriched by roasted nuts and charred wood. The creamy palate is packed with toasty elements and fresh fruit, lively acidity refreshes and lends an oaky finish. Match with fried chicken and pan-fried snapper over the next 2-3 years.
