Light ruby-red, even colour throughout. The nose is softly full, with aromas of blackberry, cherry, cinnamon and herbs. Medium-light bodied, aromas of blackberry and black raspberry, melded with cinnamon, vanilla and dried thyme. Lively acidity bonds the juicy fruit, dried thyme and sweet spice, lending an approachable, smooth finish. Match with lamb koftas and duck rillette over the next 3 years.
