Bright, even, pale straw yellow. The nose is full, with aromas of ripe pear, stonefruit and honeysuckle. Medium-bodied, dry to taste, aromas of ripe pear, apple and nectarine, intertwined with honeysuckle and a touch of soft spice. The fruit is juicy and forward, with an immediate appeal. Refreshing acidity flows through a lightly oily palate, lending a dry, crisp finish. Match with white fish and pulled pork over the next 3 years.
