Anne Gros ‘Les Loachausses’ Exchezeaux Grand Cru 2009

Pinot Noir from France - Burgandy
Review Date : 20-Jul-2014
Light ruby-red with some depth, lighter garnet on rim. The nose is full and voluminous with ethereal red berry and floral aromas, building with depth and revealing some whole bunch and animal nuances. Medium to medium-full bodied, this is elegant with lovely finesse. Bright, fresh red floral and red fruit flavours show with sweetness, richness and aromatic purity. The mouthfeel and structure is composed of very fine-grained tannins and lacy acidity. This is beautifully slender, with excellent acidity and length. This is an elegant wine with aromatic finesse and purity. It will keep 8-10+ years. 19.0/20 Oct 2013 RRP $230.00
