Bright, light ruby-red, lighter on edge. The nose is gently-full with some depth, aromas of herbs intermix with deep florals, strawberries, cherries, along with dusty spices. Medium-bodied, succulent nuances of cherries, strawberries, entwined with subtle florals, thyme, oregano herbs, lingers with black pepper on the palate. Gentle extraction of tannins contributes to a soft and velvety palate. Integrated acidity drive flows elegantly, carries dusty black pepper spices through the palate. This is an approachable Pinot Noir with succulent aromas of strawberries and cherries, along with scents of thyme and oregano, deep florals and spices on a dusty textured palate. Match with pork loin and Peking duck over the next 3-4 years. Destemmed fruit, cold-soaked for 5 days, fermented in vat to 13.5% alc.
