Bright, even, pale straw yellow. The nose is fresh and youthful, with aromas of stonefruit, pear and floral elements. Medium-light bodied, aromas of Nashi pear, nectarine and peach melded with magnolia and ginger. The wine is packed with primary fruit characters and refreshing acidity, highlighted by ginger notes, lending a dry, clean finish. This Vioginer is youthful and refreshing with a crisp flow. Match with fish and pork over the next 2-3 years. The fruit was destemmed and left on skins for several hours before pressing, cool-fermented to 12% alc, 13.8 g/l RS. 18/20 pts (90 pts) Sep 2025 RRP $19.99
