All That Jazz Marlborough Sauvignon Blanc 2011

Sauvignon Blanc from New Zealand - Marlborough
Review Date : 28-Sep-2012
Bright straw-yellow colour with slight green hues, pale on rim. The nose is fresh and tightly packed with densely concentrated aromas of gooseberries and herbs with nuances of herbs and beans, . Dry to taste, this is full and up-front with open and broad, mouthfilling flavours of gooseberry fruit. Bright acidity adds to the succulent and sweet nature of the fruit, and the wine is soft in texture and very approachable. The flavours are carried through to a zesty, fruity finish with good length. This is a full-flavoured and sweet-fruited Sauvignon Blanc to serve with Mediterranean cuisine over the next 2 years. Sauvignon Blanc cool-fermented in stainless-steel to 13.0% alc. 17.0+/20 Sep 2012 RRP $18.50
