Light ruby-red colour with lighter garnet hues on rim. The bouquet is softly voluminous with an aromatic amalgam of dark red berry fruits with savoury dried herb and reductive minerally nuances, the nose showing complexing secondary notes that build in depth. Medium-full bodied, soft and light fruit flavours of dark red berry fruits and herbal elements flow on a mellow palate. The mouthfeel is integrated and rounded, with soft, underlying grainy textures and low acidity. The flavours carry to dry, crisp finish with light cherry and herb notes. This is a soft, mellow Pinot Noir with savoury dark red berry and herb flavours. Serve with pasta, pizza and risotto over the next 3+ years. The nose is softly full with aromas of dark cherry and raspberry fruit along with red floral perfumes and fresh herb notes, and a touch of reduction. Medium-bodied, light cherry, strawberry and floral fruit flavours are underlined by crisp acidity when lends a briskness to the palate and liveliness to the fruit. The palate has light, grainy tannins which provide a firmness and grip to the palate line, and lead to a moderately sustained finish with sweet fruit notes.
