Given a 5 day cold soak and fermented to 13.5% alc. with 9 g/L rs. Light, bright, pale pink with youthful hues, this has a fresh raspberry and cherry fruited nose with a hint of confectionary and steel. Dryish to taste, this is crisply refreshing with good acidity enlivening the sweet red floral fruits. The palate has a soft textured concentration and depth that will enable it to work with a variety of food.  Jun 2011
